What it covers: Defects in roofing materials Typical length: 20-50 years What it doesn't cover: Installation errors, weather damage, normal wear
Workmanship Warranty
What it covers: Installation errors by the contractor Typical length: 1-10 years What it doesn't cover: Material defects, weather damage, lack of maintenance
Extended/Enhanced Warranty
What it covers: Both materials and workmanship Typical length: 25-50 years Requirements: Usually requires certified installer
What Voids Your Warranty
